Before I started in real estate, I would refer lots of business to the real estate agent that I used to buy my first house. We had similar backgrounds, ethics, and a dedication to excel in the area of customer service. My real estate agent told me that I would make a great Realtor because of the people skills I possess, intelligence, sense of humor, and knowledge of real estate in Southern Nevada. The other reason he thought I would be good in real estate, was because of the large number of referrals I kept giving him. So, I decided to give it a try. I got my broker-salesman license, and off I went. I was instantly successful. I didn't need to advertise because all of my clients were referrals. That has remained true throughout my 20 years as a Realtor. When you want someone to walk side by side with you, every step of the way, then I'm your guy.
